Marvin Richardson is a pharmacy automation and central fulfillment pioneer with more than four decades of experience advancing how pharmacies operate and serve their patients.

Tyler Wortman leads operational strategy, fulfillment innovation, and scalable growth at Fillex. Previously, Tyler worked to launch and scale PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy, leading teams responsible for the strategy, design, and optimization of their fulfillment networks.

Reed Richardson has nearly two decades of experience leading national pharmacy and automation organizations, scaling two pharmacy startups, and building a reputation for helping organizations scale through strategic partnerships and disciplined execution.
