Fillex Is Hiring: Senior Legal Counsel
Fillex is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the team. This highly visible, hands-on role will serve as a key legal advisor to Fillex’s executive leadership team, helping guide the business through the contracts, partnerships, regulatory requirements, risk considerations, and strategic decisions that come with building and operating complex pharmacy infrastructure.
The Senior Legal Counsel will advise across commercial transactions, healthcare and pharmacy regulation, corporate and strategic matters, compliance, employment issues, and enterprise risk. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable with high-level strategy and detailed execution, from negotiating significant commercial agreements to developing practical, scalable legal processes and policies.
This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to help build a company, not simply support an established legal department. The Senior Legal Counsel will play a central role in shaping Fillex’s legal function, reducing reliance on outside counsel, and establishing the systems and processes needed to support continued growth.
As the organization evolves, so will the role. Over time, the Senior Legal Counsel may have the opportunity to build and lead a broader internal legal team, become an officer of the company, and ultimately serve as General Counsel.
